At office, you often work documents with many numbers and operators that you need to check again. However, these data is form text, so you loss much time to calculate again. Autocalculator software help you do that and it is a “smart calculator” with sample interface. Autocalculator support 2 languages, English and Vietnamese.
Autocalculator software is useful for accountants, assistant’s officer, storekeeper. . . in case they need check operations of their documents. The users only copy those texts and paste into “window of Autocalculator” (or drag and drop mouse). Next, press “auto calculate” button, all result of operates will appear on the window. If data is stored on papers, users can scan them with scan machine. Then, use any recognized text software to change data form to file. Next, copy and paste the text into Autocalculator to check again.
Autocalculator window includes 2 pages. Fist name page is “Basic”. This page gets data form clipboard or other applications. After pasted text into this page, user can edit data to get expected result. At bottom of this page, “auto calculate” button is located for finding result of data. Beside of it, there are 2 boxes, calculating expression box and result box. User can selecte block of text to calculate these operators, next press right mouse and choose “Calculate the selecting text” menu.
Second name page is “Advance”. To handle this page, first page must store data. User can refer to calculating expression of every row and total result. This page performs detail result of rows. User can click box to include result of rows into total result.
Moreover, Autocalculator can print the result or export data to MS Excel for processing continues. This function is useful for users when they need to save calculated data.
